Newbies make me want to vomit!

From: WolverineButt (WolverineButt@hotmail.com) | Date: 2002-08-09 10:36:00 UTC-07:00
Why do people join a group and before they have a friggin' clue about
anything they try to change everything to the way they feel is should be.

What rude thoughtless people.

In less than a month it seems we have 7 new asinine abbreviations,
geocahce, boundary and other nonsense that the NEWBIES seem to feel
Letterboxing can't exist without.

Is this new conclusiveness great or what?

Along with the State in the subject line can we add (BS) when we are talking
non letterboxing subject.

Wolverine Momma!

PS - No 5 year old uses the vocabulary that Lizardbums keepers put in his
mouth. It smacks of what Mommy Dearest conceived with Norman Bates. Sick!

Wow- too bad you feel that way. Newbies are who keep Letterboxing
growing and are in part responsible for keeping it fun and fresh.
Not everyone comes into letterboxing and these boards an "Old Pro".

I noticed that you became a member today! So, that makes you a
newbie, also. I suggest that you go out and try hunting for a couple
of boxes. The fresh air will do you some good. And you may discover
the magic of letterboxing.

Lizardbutts Mom,

1. The date one becomes a member means nothing, Newbie.
2. I have hunted many more boxes than you, Newbie.
3. Professional help will do you better than fresh air. Don't delay.
4. I discovered the magic of letterboxing LONG before you slithered in here
and decided you didn't like the format, Newbie

You have done with me what you did when you entered into this group.

You have made rude assumptions and have no respect for the work of many in
the few short years Letterboxing has been in America. You show no respect
for tradition, short lived it may be.
